Payments

~ All prices and payments are in Australian dollars.

~ Australian customers, payment accepted through PayPal and direct deposit.  
~ Australian customers wishing to pay direct debit please email me on ceri [at] cerimuter.com.au with your purchase request and I will forward my banking details.
~ International customers payments accepted through Paypal only, thank you.
~ You CAN still use the PayPal service using your debit or credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. 
~ Immediate payment is greatly appreciated. Payment not received within 3 days of purchase and I have not heard from you, will be considered a forfeiture and will be cancelled. 

~ I'm more than happy to place an item(s) on 'reserve' with payment due within 3 days. If payment is not received the reserved status will be cancelled.

~ Alternatively, please contact me on ceri [at] cerimuter.com.au to discuss payment options, I'm sure we can work something out.

Shipping 

~ Your purchase will be shipped ASAP, within 2 business days max, from receipt of payment or once direct debit payment has been cleared.

~ Combined shipping discounts will be applied automatically to purchases with 2 or items.

~ You can be assured that at the time of posting I will find the most cost effective shipping fee for you and will happily and immediately refund the difference when greater than $1.00. I do not profit from shipping costs.

~ All purchases are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery within Australia and 7 - 21 days delivery to the rest of the world.

~ If you have not received your purchase within the expected timeframe, please let me know at ceri [at] cerimuter.com.au and I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation. 

~ International customers may also be liable for duties or customs fees on receipt of the item. If applicable, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer, please check with your local customs office if you have any concerns. I will of course, issue a full refund if the parcel is refused by customs and is returned to me in it's original condition.

Packaging | Wrapping 

~ Purchases are beautifully wrapped in decorative recycled paper & materials. 

~ Recycled protective packaging is used to ensure your purchase reaches you in excellent condition, this also reduces packaging costs which I have passed on to you.

Refunds | Exchange

~ A 10 day FULL refund return policy is offered.

~ I want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I encourage you to get in touch within 10 days of receiving it. I can't solve a problem I don't know about and will work with you doing whatever I can to resolve any issues. Contact me on ceri [at] cerimuter.com.au 
~ Upon receiving the purchase back in it's original condition a full refund will be issued immediately. The refund does not include the return shipping costs which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

~ Damaged or lost items are the buyers responsibility if insurance [Extra Cover] is not requested at checkout. $1.50 per $100 of value [or part thereof], plus $2.95 for Sign on Delivery, total cost $4.15.

~ All items in this shop are completely handmade by me, in a smoke free and pet free environment.

~ You wouldn't be here if you didn't appreciate, as I do, the uniqueness and character that inevitable small imperfections bring to handmade creations. After all, isn't everything [including us] imperfectly, perfect.
