these look like little floating jellyfish to me. i stopped to admire them on my walk to the shops, it's actually petrol or oil that has leaked from a car onto the road, the heavy rain has caused it to run and the result being these beautiful designs on the pavement. amazingly they had been washed away upon my return home. i have captured a moment in time that no longer exists, so kool! sure hope the car made it home ok.....
this interesting house, i walk past most days. i love how it's unique and quirky design looks from this angle with the small window at the bottom, the only one that is painted white. and the pattern from the water running down the wall is a delightful addition to the two tone painting making it seem like a work of art.
lastly a walk pass our friendly local hardware shop which always has something interesting on it's chalk board, today it was a list of books that made me giggle:
'computer memories' by meg abight
'exploring the dutch frontier' by will der-ness
'the yellow stream' by i p daley
so, thank you rain for all the wonderful treats you bring with you...
